What is Pregnitude?

HOW TO TAKE PREGNITUDE

Carefully separate the two packets of Pregnitude from each other along the perforated line.

Tear one packet open and pour 1 packet of Pregnitude into an 8 oz. glass of water and stir or swirl to dissolve the powder.

Continue to swirl or stir liquid until contents have been dissolved.

Drink the entire glass, and take the other packet in the evening.
